The Church Activities and Churches subseries, 1905-1920 and undated, includes images of some of Hauberg's activities with the 7th Street Lutheran Church's Sunday school, and several images of a parade put on by local Sunday schools. Also included are images of local churches.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: The William D. Edmondson papers, 1896-2006 and undated, has been arranged into two series: Texts and Artifacts. Texts, 1948-2006 includes documents about the collection itself, letters written by Edmondson to archival staff, and articles about memorabilia, collecting, or election trivia. Scope and Contents From the Series:

The Artifacts series contains several material objects belonging to Bartholomew, including two pairs of Bartholomew's eyeglasses, a bookplate stamp, buttons and pins, a wallet, and other personal effects. Included in this series is a leather case apparently purchased by Bartholomew during his trip to Europe in 1894-1895.

The Reproductions subseries, 1913-1928 and undated, includes reproductions of illustrations of famous Native Americans, notably several different portraits of Black Hawk and Keokuk, and Native American life. Also included are reproductions of pages from the trade ledgers that have been separated into MSS 101 Indian trade ledgers.

Notable artifacts include a pipe given by Black Hawk to J.H. Case, an early resident of Rock Island, Illinois, and a belt that Black Hawk sent to Chief Alexander Robinson of the Menominee tribe.

The Black Hawk Hiking Club series, 1920-1939 and undated, consists of images of various hike activities, such as cooking over a campfire and making camp, and images of various locations from local and Big Hikes. Most notable are an image of the club's very first hike and its Big Hikes to the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Colorado and Mexico. Also included are several images depicting lyrics to the club's songs.

The Landscapes subseries includes images of landscapes from both Hauberg's international and domestic travels. Most of these were unlabeled and could not be identified.

The Groups subseries, 1880-1928 and undated, consists of group portraits of various members of the Hauberg family. Most prominent are Hauberg's siblings (Amelia, Emma, Anna, Rosena, Louis, Elnora and Ada) and their families. There are also several family portraits from Marx Detlev Hauberg's 80th birthday and his wife, Anna's golden wedding anniversary. This subseries also includes some images from Hauberg Reunions.
